The share

Multiconsult ASA (MULTI) is a public limited liability company organised and existing under the laws of Norway pursuant to the Norwegian Public Limited Companies Act. The Company was listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange on 22 May 2015. Multiconsult has only one class of shares in issue, and in accordance with the Norwegian Public Limited Companies Act, all shares will provide equal rights in the Company.

The Company's ambition is to distribute at least 50 per cent of its net profit. When deciding the annual dividend level, the Board of Directors will take into consideration expected cash flow, capital expenditure plans, financing requirements and appropriate financial flexibility.
