The transactions under the share purchase programme were conducted at a price of NOK 153.7198 per share, reflecting a 20 per cent discount on the volume-weighted average share price of NOK 192.1498 per share traded on Oslo Børs during the period 6–12 November 2024. The shares are subject to a two-year lock-up period.
Following the transactions with employees, the company holds 37 395 own shares, corresponding to 0.14% of Multiconsult's share capital.
